ALBERT EINSTEIN – NOBLE PRIZE WINNER IN PHYSICS

Albert Einstein, one of the greatest thinkers in science was born at Ulm in Wurttemberg, Germany on 14th March 1879. He began his schooling at Luitpold Gymnasium. He then moved to Italy and finished his schooling. In his early days he was not a genius student, he struggled a lot in his studies.

EINSTEIN’S CARRIER:
In the year of 1896 he entered the Swiss Federal Polytechnic School, where he was trained as a teacher in Physics and Mathematics. In the year 1901 he becomes a diploma graduate. Einstein had a hard time in finding a teaching job after his diploma. At last he began his carrier as a technical assistant in the Swiss Patent Office. He obtained his doctor's degree in the year 1905.
While he was working in the Patent Office he had some remarkable works and so he was appointed as a Privatdozent in Berne. Finally in 1909 he becomes a Professor Extraordinary at Zurich and in the year 1911 he becomes a Professor of Theoretical Physics at Prague.
In the year 1914 he was appointed as a Director of the Kaiser Wilhelm Physical Institute and as a Professor in the University of Berlin. He stayed there in German till 1933 and emigrated to America and finds the position as a Professor of Theoretical Physics at Princeton. In the year 1945 had retired from his job. This is Einstein’s carrier.

EINSTEIN’S DEDICATION TO PHYSICS:
He was a dedicated man in his works. He had the ability to solve the problems of physics by his unique way of thinking. These are his starting stage to move towards his next level.
During his starting stage he realized the inadequacies of Newtonian mechanics and his special theory of relativity stemmed from an attempt to reconcile the laws of mechanics with the laws of Electromagnetic field. This has lead to the explanation of Brownian movement of molecules.
He investigated the thermal properties of light with a low radiation density and his observations lead to the photon theory of light.
In the year 1916 Einstein published his special theory of relativity and contributed to the problems of the theory of radiation and statistical mechanics.

SPECIAL THEORY OF RELATIVITY:
One of his most well-known accomplishments is the formula E=mc2.
One of Einstein's great insights was to realize that matter and energy are really different forms of the same thing. Matter can be turned into energy, and energy into matter.
After he published his paper on special theory on relativity in the year 1916, Einstein was awarded a Nobel Prize for Physics in the year 1921.
He has become a scientific star with people crowding lecture halls and auditoriums just to hear him talk about his theories.

EINSTEINS RESEARCHES:
His important works includes
1.Special theory of Relativity in the year 1905
2.General theory of Relativity in the year 1916
3.Theory of Brownian moment in the year 1926
4.The Evolution of Physics in the year 1938
5.My Philosophy in the year 1934
6.Out of my later Years in 1950 are most important of his works.

Albert Einstein has received honorary doctorate degrees in science, medicine and philosophy from many European and American Universities. He also received numerous awards for his valuable works which includes Copley Medal of the Royal Society of London in the year 1925 and the Franklin Medal of the Franklin Institute in 1935.

LAST DAYS OF EINSTEIN:
At last it was 17th April 1955, the great Physicist Albert Einstein was admitted at Princeton Hospital complaining of chest pains. He died early the next morning (April 18) of a burst aortic aneurysm. That’s the end of a famous genius.
